14.
Slide worn belt manually until coupling

reaches an easily accessible point.
15.
Disconnect the ends of belts.

Connect the ends of new belt and insert pin

in order to carry out coupling.

Adjust the tension of belt by means of the adjusting system

Important
Do not overtighten so as not to cause any malfunctioning.

Tighten the nut

19.
Repeat the operations on other belt.
Adjust the belts to the same tension.

Put the mount

back in its original position.

Insert screw

and tighten it.

Assemble the guard

, and then fasten it by using the screws.

Fit the pressure roller

without securing it with the fasteners

Repeat the operation on the other equal component.

Adjust the position of the pressure rollers and secure them with the fasteners

Start the machine and make sure that the operation has been carried out properly.
