Attach brackets to rail closest to middle seats with 3/8” hardware provided as shown. Leave loose
for later adjustment.

3/8” hardware provided as shown.
Leave loose for later adjustment.

Remove nuts on back seat studs and
install 2 brackets over back rear seat
studs.
