Appropriate use
The IN 5/9 plus is a digital, highly accurate pyrometer for non-contact temperature measurement
of Sapphire and Sapphire Wafers between 0 °C and 1500 °C.

Instrument with selected optics, works certificate, PC measurement and evaluation software
InfraWin
Note:
A connection cable is not included with the instrument and has to be ordered
separately (see Chapter
10, Reference numbers
).
