Chapter 10
Managing PNNI Routing
Cajun M770 ATM Switch User’s Guide
123
All above configuration variables are explained in the following chapter, except for
the last table, the table of Classes of Services. This table provides the information
about the multiple Dijkstra trees that are used during best-route calculations for the
different Classes of Services.
PNNI node ATM address
The following command displays the ATM address of the PNNI node. This is
important when the node acts as a PNNI border node and/or a PNNI Peer Group
Leader.
Setting PNNI defaults for all parameters
Use the following command to set PNNI configuration with default parameters.
Note:
This request will set defaults for all configurable variables: PNNI node level,
node id, peer group id, restrict transit flag, and all the timers. Changes won't take
effect until the next reboot, except for timers and restrict transit flag.
For more information about the individual parameters refer to the relevant chapter.
PNNI Interfaces
Showing all PNNI interfaces
Use the following command to display the current configuration of the PNNI
interfaces:
Command:
M15-155s8:/>route pnni config atm_addr show
Examples:
Atm address:
Current: 39.84.0f.80.01.bc.61.de.81.00.00.20.00.00.00.6f.00.00.20.00
Command:
M15-155s8:/>route pnni config default
Command:
M15-155s8:/>route pnni config interfaces show
Examples:
