Top climate system

with LUBING Touch Controller

critical points (also for ceiling mounting), pipe clamps with rubber inserts (art. 7430) should be used for better

fastening.

For nozzle lines with FlexClamp nozzles, the pipe holders (art. 7830) must be used at a distance of 1.5m for

sufficient wall spacing. For a stronger fixation, safety clips (art. 7830-1) can be clipped onto these pipe holders.

4.5.5 Suspended mounting of nozzle lines with tension wire

This installation is intended for installation without height adjustment of the nozzle line.

A wire rope is tensioned horizontally. Wall mounting kits (art. no. 7432 or for sandwich panels

art. no. 7432-1), turnbuckles (art. no. 4437) etc. are used for this (see illustration).

For fastening under the tension wire with ø4mm (art. 4426) use the nozzle line clip art. 7475-00. The clips are

clipped at a distance of 0.75m around the nozzle line and the ten- sion wire. Important: install with 2 persons to

avoid bending the pipes under their own weight. 2-3 holders per 6m nozzle pipe must be suspended from the

ceiling with the plastic rope (art. 4434), the clamping screws (art. 4436-00) and the eyelet wood screw (art. 4447)

(max. distance: 3m).

4.5.6 Suspended mounting of nozzle lines with support pipe (for height
adjustment)

This installation is intended for installation with height adjustment of the nozzle line. The

round pipes (art. 030 110 05 01) are used for stiffening and as weight for lowering the nozzle

line by means of winches.

At the planned position of the nozzle line, a guide line is stretched over the length of the

house. The ceiling hooks are screwed in alternately offset at a max. distance of 3m. The

distance from the guide line should be approx. 20cm. Place another eyelet wood screw

opposite the second screw, also at a distance of 20cm from the guide line (see illustration).

NOTE

To avoid twisting of the wire rope, it must be unrolled. Otherwise, it may bend and knot during unwinding.
