Each Patch line has the configuration of a moving light, scroller, etc (fixture) that is defined as:

To edit the type, enter the index number of the

Fixture DMX address
Enter the address or press [
INSERT
] to assign it a consecutive address.
X-Y
Allows to change/exchange the direction for X-Y parameters (Pan-Tilt), to
obtain a known direction for the moving lights in different locations (up/down,
back/front…)
dm
External dimmer
For fixtures with external dimmer (as Scrollers, yokes, etc), enter here the DMX
number of the associated conventional dimmer
Sc
Scroller parameter adjusting:
Due to the nature of Scrollers and their manual assembly, console allows you to
adjust, fixture by fixture, the control levels of each gel. As well as to indicate a
dark gel to the system. See bellow.
34.1. SCROLLER DEFINITION
We can adjust in manual way, the levels of gels of each Scroller in patch. This adjustment allows to
a more rational use of the types of fixtures and one more a more appropriate answer us for these.
In summary, it is of the type of fixture, to define the number of gels or frames and the palettes. And
it is part of manual adjustment, real central points where it has been left each color (gel), and the
possible insertion of the characteristic “dark”.
To access the table for the manual adjustment of the scrollers, move the cursor to the “+” cell in the
table and select it by pressing the [
ENTER
] key.
By fixture
: In the scroller definition table, the cell for the value of the fixture to be edited must be
selected to adjust each gel. The location and the value of the color (gel) has to be set for fixture
which should be adjusted by entering the value directly or by pressing
[TEST]
to see the value on
stage. With the encoder the adjustment can then be corrected and/or set. Like in any table, the
[
ENTER
] is used to accept, use the [
C
] discard entered values.
