Ensure mains is disconnected from the luminaire before installation or
servicing.
•
Remove fasteners from the diffuser frame and remove the diffuser from
the fitting
•
Unscrew the knurled nuts located on the gear tray, lower the gear tray
so the cables behind can be accessed
•
Unplug the gear tray from the housing by unplugging the connector
located on the rear of the gear tray.
•
Remove existing connector cables from the cage clamp located
internally on the back of the housing
•
Wire supply cable ’A’ into the cage clamp on the housing
•
If Dali Dimming is required, wire the 2 core dimming input cable from
the Dali controller into the connection block labelled ‘Dimming’
•
This connection terminal is non polarised
•
Offer LumiTray up to the housing, plug connector ’A’ into fused terminal
block ’B’
•
Mount the LumiTray onto fixings and tighten knurled nuts by hand until
the tray is secure. Take care not to strain or bend the boards by
tightening too tight.
•
Reattach diffuser and tighten fastenings until secure
