  To reduce the risk of electric shock, this lamp has a 

polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other ). 

The plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.  If the 

plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. 

If plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.  

Never use an extension cord unless the plug can be 

fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

. Do not install non-factory wiring or any other electrical 

components. Altering or modifying the lamp in any way 

will 

render the product unsafe.

Avoid laying objects directly over the power supply cord 

to avoid cutting or damaging the wire.

.  Keep curtains, shades, wall hangings and all other fabrics 

and objects away from the lamp shade, light switch and 

the light bulb. Lamps are not designed to support 

additional weight. Do not hang any objects from the 

lamp or any lamp part.

5.

Place the lamp on a stable, level surface in an area 

where the lamp will not be tipped over or bumped.

BULB REPLACEMENT 

1.

Turn  off  and  unplug  the  lamp  and  allow  bulb  to  cool

before replacing bulb.   

 

 

2.

Light bulb  should never touch the lamp shade.  

  CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 

1.

To clean: use a soft, dry cloth only. 

2.

Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning solutions.

Use one 150 Watt, Type A, 3-Way bulb or CFL or LED

 equivalent.

This lamp is approved for indoor use only.

 DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED BULB WATTAGE. 

Read and Save:

1. Carefully unpack and lay all parts on a clean, level 

surface. 

2. Screw the tube (B) onto the lamp base (A). 

Repeat the step to install the other two tubes (B).

Make sure the wire connector (E) is exposed outside. 

3. Carefully hold the glass tube (C) and the spacer (D) 

over through the assembled metal tube (B) in place.

Repeat the step to install the rest glass tubes (C).

4. Place the metal cover (F) on the top glass tube (C). 

5. Allow the wire connecter from the socket assembly (I) 

through the collar (G) and make wire connecter (E) 

connection. Carefully pull out power cord through the 

base (A), then tuck any excess power cord into the tube.

6. Thread the socket assembly (I) onto the top tube (B) 

until securing. 

7. Secure the metal cover (F) with collar (G) by tightening 

the 3 set screws (H) with the provided allen wrench. 

8. 

Install light bulb (not included) into socket assembly (I). 

9. 

Pinch and insert harp (J) into the harp fittings on the 

socket assembly (I).

. Remove the finial (L) from the harp (J) and 

place the 

shade (K) on harp (J) and secure with finial (L).

11. 

Insert plug into an electrical outlet.

12. Use the rotary switch on socket assembly (I) to 

adjust light from low, medium, high, and off intensity.
