Patient hazard - Incorrect positioning of temperature sensor
Positioning the temperature sensor inside the incubator or within the
effective range of the radiation plate will affect the correct operation of the
humidifier.

Position the temperature sensor near the patient on the outside of the
incubator or outside the effective range of the radiation plate.
