the  meat,  poultry  or  seafood  and  begin  your  food
preparation.

TIP:

Alternatively, if you have a large

piece  of  meat  or  a  turkey,  fill  the  Spray

Bottle with cool water, run the cycle to completion
and spray the large piece of meat or turkey liberally
with activated water. Allow it to remain soaked for
two minutes, after which you can prepare your dish
as required.

NOTE:  The lotus® Sanitizing System is

self-cleansing, so we recommend  after

processing meat, poultry or seafood to fill the

bowl with cold tap water to the max fill line and run a
cycle to sanitize the bowl for future use. Alternatively
you can cleanse the Multi-Purpose Bowl and Lid with
mild soap and warm water.
