After a Power Failure
Objects Held
by RoMa
If you want to resume operation after a power failure, it is important that objects still held
by the grippers of the RoMa be removed manually before switching the instrument on.
Otherwise, the objects will be dropped during instrument initialization, which may lead to
a crash or spillage.
ATTENTION
In the event of power failure or an otherwise aborted run, all partially processed samples
should be discarded. Do not attempt to restart an interrupted program unless the com-
puter screen displays explicit instructions for resuming operation.
