7.3 Zero Configuration Networking (Zeroconf)

Zero Configuration Networking (Zeroconf) allows devices to automatically create a usable computer
network based on the Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP). For example, when the unit is connected
(connected through a network cable) directly to a Windows-based computer that is DHCP enabled,
both the unit and the Windows-based computer will automatically configure themselves to be seen by
each other using TCP/IP with a 169.254.x.x IP address configuration.
