RSI stands for Repetitive Strain Injury. The RSI syndrome occurs as a result of small,
continuously repeated movements. Typical symptoms are pain in the fingers or neck.

Position the mouse and the keyboard so that your arms and wrists are at the side of
your body and extended.

Take several short breaks, if necessary, accompanied by stretching exercises.
