17.11. Recycling device
•
The recycling device enables the return of unused spray liquid.
•
The tunnel walls are designed with a collector at the bottom, with
a built-in injector to recover the unused spray
Recycling injector:
•
The injector is covered with a
strainer to avoid blocking.

The return line leads from the
injector through the recycling fil-
ter to the spray tank.

For cleaning the filter, remove the filter by unscrewing the ade-
quate nut.
•
The injectors are switched on and off via control box.
Recycling adjustment:
•
The volume of surplus liquid re-
turned from the tunnel collector
can be adjusted via the recy-
cling valve on the main valve
block. (Fig. 22)

For spraying agents that tend to foam, it may be necessary to
close the valve far enough to allow suction without the inclusion
of excess air.
