27. Machine inspection
27.1. Pressure check
A pressure check may become necessary during a machine in-
spection.
Please pay attention to the following:
Interface for pressure check:

To check the system pressure
(e.g. during inspection of the
machine), a test manometer
can be screwed onto the ade-
quate ¼” connection of the
pressure control valve.

hen not in use, the test ¼”
connection is closed by a plug
and seal.

27.2. Flow rate check
A flow rate check may become necessary during a machine in-
spection.
For checking, an adapter 1” must be built in between pump and
pressure hose. Flow rate checking unit must be adapted to this
1” adapter. (see also functional diagram)
After finalizing the test, restore the fittings to their original state,
check that they are not leaking.
