TruScan Integrated into CSO Model SL950
The controls on the slit lamp LDU are used to adjust the laser beam to be delivered to the patient.

Optical fiber

Connects the slit lamp LDU to the laser console.

The treatment laser and aiming beams are focused into
the fiber.

Zoom system and
TruScan housing
•
The pattern visuals are generated through the two high-
speed scanning motors in this item.

Laser beam spot size can be adjusted from 50 to 1,000
µm by rotating the control. The spot size is reflected on
the pattern display area on the LCD screen.

Objective lens
•
The laser beam is focused by this lens to be delivered to
the treatment site.
•
The focal length is 117 mm.

Magnifier control
•
The user can adjust the magnification via the control
knob.
•
A larger magnification yields a larger image of the
treatment site.
