Bring the cable down and thread it through the hole of the technic brick
underneath the white wing. Pull the cable all the way out from the other side of
the technic brick, then thread it back underneath toward the right side. Pull the
cable out from the other side and connect it to a spare port on the 8-Port
Expansion Board. Turn ON the power to test the Blue Light is working OK.
