STEP 1
a. Lay out the
Long Bars (CIO)
. Turn the Bars so the holes are on the sides of the Bars as shown below. Slide an
End Deck
Plate (CIM)
(without the angled surface) onto the Bars. Make sure the Bars are fully inserted into the End Deck Plate.
STEP 2
a. Slide the
Center Deck Plates (CIN)
(with the angled surfaces) onto the Long Bars as shown, with the angled surfaces facing
each other.
b. Slide the other
End Deck Plate (CIM)
onto the Bars. Make sure the Bars are fully inserted.

a. Carefully tip the cart on its side. Secure the
Center Deck Plates (CIN)
to the Long Bars by inserting an
m8 x 53 mm Bolt (CJC)
through an
m8 Flat Washer (CIX)
and through each hole in the Deck Plates. Slide another Washer over each Bolt and
secure them with
m8 Nylock Nuts (CIY)
.
Repeat for the other side of each Plate.
NOTE: The Center Deck Plates can be secured to either set of holes in the Long Bars, depending on the size of table being stored. See page
7 “ADUSTING THE CENTER DECK PLATES FOR 4’ OR 5’ ROUND TABLES” for more information.
The Center Deck Plates must be secured
before continuing assembly. Failure to secure
the Plates may result in serious personal
injury.
