Rower ID

Rower Identification number.

Race

The Race mode gives you the option to select a distance, pace and race 
against a boat displayed on the console. The "Race a Friend" mode 
allows you to have a live race with an adjacent rower.

Power Tests

The RacePace/FTP (power) test makes it possible to determine a user’s 
individual FTP value in an evaluation

Turning the Rower ON and OFF

Turn on the rower by pulling the handle of the rower for one complete stroke.
The rower will automatically shut off when no longer in use.

Workout Screen Overview

The workout screens consist of 4 - 8 mulitiple tiles or power curve which provide various metrics during your workout.

Graph which depicts the stroke length and at which point the maximum

The value indicates the current BPM

metrics.
