Entering Biomet System Information
A properly configured LI-COR Data Acquisition System or Biomet system (Sutron
9210 datalogger) can be connected to the to the eddy covariance system. Biomet
data are logged in the dataset collected by the CO
2
/H
2
O analyzer. A properly con-
figured Campbell
®
Scientific CR3000, CR1000, or CR6 datalogger can also be con-
nected to the system. Biomet data are summarized in the EddyPro output on the
SmartFlux 2 System and can be used in the flux calculations.
Note: See the Campbell Scientific Dataloggers Installation Guide for instructions on
programing the CR3000, CR1000, or CR6 datalogger for compatibility with the
SmartFlux 2 System.
Connecting to a datalogger
Click on the
Biomet
button from the dashboard to open the
Biomet System
win-
dow. Under the
Instrument
tab, select the option.
