button to lift the platform to a height of
approximately 2.4 m/7.9ft from the ground.
2) Press and hold the enable switch on the
control handle.
3) Slowly move the control handle to the fully
driven position.
Result: The maximum drive speed that can be
achieved when the platform is lifted should not
exceed 0.5Km/h/0.31mph.
If the maximum drive speed exceeds
0.5Km/h/0.31mph when the platform is lifted,
mark the machine immediately and stop it.
8.6 Test the tilt sensor
operation

Caution: This test should be
performed on the ground with the
platform control unit. Do not stand in
the platform.
1) Lower the platform completely.
2) Open the tank side door and find the tilt
sensor.
3) Test all ground and platform control
functions by pressing one side of the tilt
sensor and tilting the tilt sensor to 3°forth
and back or 2° left and right..
Result: The lifting function should be stopped
before the platform is lifted by 30cm/1ft. At the
same time, the platform control unit and the
ground control unit should sound an alarm and
the display should show E: LL code.
4) Move the drive control handle in the
direction indicated by the blue arrow and
then move it in the direction indicated by
the yellow arrow.
Result: The drive function should not work in
either direction.
5) Lower the platform and drive the machine
away from obstacles.
