Do not turn on
Check whether the battery of the HBM-
550 is fully discharged.
Charge the battery
Check whether the Handset supports
the Headset or Handsfree Bluetooth
Profiles.
Determine whether your
Handset supports the Headset
or Handsfree Bluetooth Profiles.
Unable to communicate with
the LG Bluetooth Headset
HBM-550
Check whether the battery of the HBM-
550 is low
Charge the battery
Check whether the Headset is off.
Press the Call/Power button for
at least 4 seconds to turn off the
Headset.
Unable to pair the HBM-
550 with the Bluetooth
device.
Check whether the Headset is placed in
pairing mode.
After turning off the Headset, press

hold the Call/Power
button for at least 4 seconds to
