If you make a mistake, touch
to erase a single character. Touch and hold
to
erase an entire word.
By default, the first letter of an entry is capitalized and the following letters are lowercased. You
can change the letter case using

Enter Numbers, Symbols, Emoticons, Smileys and Preset
Messages
Use your phone's keypad to enter numbers, symbols, emoticons, smileys, or to choose from
preset messages.
To enter numbers:
■ Select the

mode and touch the appropriate key. (See

To enter preset messages:

at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select the message you want by touching it.

: Preset messages make composing text messages easier by allowing you to enter quick
messages, such as
“Meet me at,
”
or a customized message of your own. (For more information

Voicemail
Your phone automatically transfers all unanswered calls to your voicemail, even if your phone is
in use or turned off. You should set up your Virgin Mobile Voicemail and personal greeting as
soon as your phone is activated. Always use a password to protect against unauthorized access.
1. Touch
to open the dial pad.
2. Touch and hold
to dial your voicemail.
