Maintenance Checklist
Before Operation
□
Visually inspect the capsule filler and the parts.
□
Ensure all nuts and bolts are tight.
□
Operate the capsule filler with no powder to ensure it is not jammed.
During Operation
□
Watch for buildup of powder in the capsule loading plate, tamping plate, and powder guard.
□
Weigh a few sample capsules to ensure the desired weight and fill are being met.
After Operation
□
Remove all excess powder with a bagless vacuum.
□
Dismantle the PharmaCap
™
and clean all its parts.
□
Wipe down the other surfaces with a damp cloth and dry with the cleaning cloth.
□
Apply grease to all the hinges of the handles and lever.
□
Store the PharmaCap
™
in a clean, dry, and cool place.
