Common Faults and Troubleshooting Measures
Description of Fault Troubleshooting Measures
1. No image is displayed
on the LED screen.
1. Check if the power switch is turned on.
2. Check if HDMI signal is input into the display screen. Connect the
display screen terminal with the LCD display to determine if the fault is
caused by the signal transmission link.
3. Check if the brightness setting of the control software for the display
screen is correct.

on part of the LED

1. Check the power of that part with no image display is normal, including
the input power and the switch power.
2. If no abnormality is found in Step 1. Restart the power of the
corresponding part, and the power-on interval should not be less than 1min.
When the power is turned on again, if the display unit is re-initialized, it
