5 Pick Roll Clutch
Spring
Right Side Frame If your printer DOES have a spring and spacer,
remove both and replace the feed arm assembly
with the new style three gear feed arm assembly,
P/N 69G4398.
6 Sheet Feeder Check the following for wear or damage:
• Pick Rollers
• Envelope Bucklers
• All parts inside the left and right edge guides
7 End-of-Forms
Flag Spring Check for binds or damage.
8 Ejectors After the paper exits from the feed rollers, the
paper feed motor reverses causing the paper
ejectors to move the last sheet of paper into the
exit tray. If the ejectors do not move or restore,
check them for worn, loose, or broken parts. Be
sure the ejectors are connected to the large feed
roll shaft.
