Loosen the paper if it is caught in the feeder rollers, and then pull the paper straight out.

Close all output option rear doors.

A short portion of the paper is visible

Try to pull the paper from the front of the bin. If you are not successful, complete the following steps.

Push the output option rear door latches in toward the center. The rear door opens and drops
down.

Repeat for the output option installed above the option where the jammed has occurred.

Note: Open both rear doors if the jam occurs in a high-capacity output stacker.
