• View the IP address on the home screen. The IP address appears as four sets of numbers separated by
periods, such as 123.123.123.123.
• If you are using a proxy server, then temporarily disable it to load the Web page correctly.

Click Settings > Security > Set Date and Time .

In the Manually Set Date & Time field, enter the current date and time.
Note: The use of network time is recommended.

Configuring the printer to observe daylight saving time
The printer can be set to automatically adjust for daylight saving time.

Open a Web browser, and then type the printer IP address in the address field.

Click Settings > Security > Set Date and Time .

Click the Automatically Observe DST check box.

In the Custom Time Zone Setup section, set the DST start and end dates.

• You can also enter the recipient using the shortcut number or address book.
