SOLUTION
Check the connection of the micro USB cable between
the portable karaoke and your computer or USB power
adapter.
Ensure the portable karaoke is charged.
Ensure the Bluetooth® function on both audio player
and portable karaoke are activated.
Ensure that the Bluetooth® feature on the device has
not been deactivated. It may be necessary to repeat
the pairing steps again.
Ensure the device is within 10 meters (32 feet) of the
Bluetooth® speaker.
Ensure there are no obstacles.
Make sure the sound volume is not too high. Push and
hold the volume button to reduce the volume.
Ensure the volume is not too low.
Ensure the song is playing.
Ensure the Bluetooth® device is correctly paired.
