Intended use
Optical distance sensors of the ODSL 30 series are intelligent, configurable sensors for the optical,
contactless measurement of the distance to objects.
Areas of application
The optical distance sensors of the ODSL 30 series have been designed for the following areas of appli

cation:
• Distance measurement
• Contour determination
• Positioning of side-tracking skates, cranes, lifting devices
• Filling level measurement
