Static FDB Configuration
Use the following commands to configure static entries in the Forwarding
Database (FDB).
no mac ­ address ­ table multicast all [interface port
<port number or alias>
|mac
<MAC address>
|vlan
<VLAN ID (1 ‐ 4094)>
]
Deletes all static multicast entries.

interface port
deletes all static multicast entries that use the specified
port

mac
deletes all static multicast entries that use the specified MAC address

vlan
deletes all static multicast entries that use the specified vlan
Command mode : Global configuration
show mac ­ address ­ table multicast
Display the current static multicast entries.
Command mode : All

[no] mac ­ address ­ table static
<MAC address>
port
<port alias or number>
Adds or removes a permanent FDB entry. Enter the MAC address using the
following format:
xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
.
For example,
08:00:20:12:34:56
.
You can also enter the MAC address as follows:
xxxxxxxxxxxx
.
For example,
080020123456
.

vlan
<VLAN ID (1 ‐ 4094)>

|portchannel
<1 ‐ 64>

Adds a permanent FDB entry. Enter the MAC address using the following
format:
xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
.
For example,
