Notes:
1. Gently remove the four screws to avoid any possible damage to the system board.
2. Always keep the four screws attached to the heat sink.
3. Do not touch the thermal grease while handling the heat sink.
Step 3. Loosen screw 3 and 4:
a. Partially loosen screw 3.
b. Fully loosen screw 4.
c. Fully loosen screw 3.

Step 4. Lift evenly and remove the heat sink from the server.

any packaging materials for shipping that are supplied to you.
Install the heat sink
Use this information to install the heat sink. This procedure must be executed by a trained technician.
