Updating the firmware
To update the firmware, do the following:
1. Download the latest version of the firmware from the Lenovo Support Web site at
http://datacentersupport.lenovo.com.
2. Do one of the following:
• Use the BoMC to create bootable media that is suitable for applying firmware updates. For
instructions on how to use the BoMC to update the firmware, go to:
https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/lnvo-bomc
• Update each firmware individually.

Turning off the system during maintenance
If you want to turn off the system during maintenance, do the following:
1. Ensure that the workload has been removed off.
2. Log in to NexentaStor CLI with the admin account.
3. Enter the command-line
poweroff
in the NexentaStor CLI.
