Chapter 2

Installation

General Information

The following items are needed to install the ADA-6081(V):

Module

ADA-6081 or ADA-6081V

Frame

FR-6004 or FR-6002

Rear Connector

A10 or AV12

Both the A10 and the AV12 rear connectors may be used with the
FR-6002 and the FR-6004 frames.

The ADA-6081(V) is hot-swappable. Power may remain on during the
installation of the module.

This equipment may be
damaged by electrostatic
discharge (ESD). Suitable
precautions must be observed
to minimize the risk of ESD
induced damage.
