This kettle comes with Automatic Reboil Function. This feature detects the temperature of
the water inside the kettle. If the temperature of the water drops below a certain level, the
kettle will automatically re-boil the water.
To switch this off, simply set the switch to “o”.
In the unlikely event where the switch has been set to “-” and there is no water inside the water,
the kettle’s boil-dry protection system will automatically stop the kettle from heating up.
Should this occur, and you wish to use the kettle. Allow the kettle to cool down before filling the
kettle with water for boiling.

Cleaning
Before Cleaning
Prior to cleaning this appliance, please ensure that it is fully disconnected from the mains power.
WARNING: Never immerse either the kettle or the power cord into water. And do not allow any
moisture to get in contact with the power cord or plug.
Cleaning the kettle’s interior
Over time, the mineral deposits from tap water will discolour the kettle’s interior, and even lead
to build up of residue. To clean this, use a suitable liquid descaler.
Cleaning the kettle’s exterior
Wipe the kettle’s exterior casing with a damp cloth.
IMPORTANT: When cleaning the kettle, do not use a chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive
cleaner as this may risk damaging the kettle.

The kettle will stop boiling once the water has boiled. If the switch (Figure 1) is still
set
to “-”, the kettle will automatically re-boil if the temperature
is
below a certain
temperature (see Automatic Reboil Function). To stop the automatic re-boil, simply set
the switch to “o”.
7.
After use, please disconnect from the mains power.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT fill the kettle more than the maximum level, as water may spill out of
the spout when boiling. Also, ensure the lid is locked before connecting the kettle to your
mains power supply.
