Create a new code step-
by-step The following table explains the most common settings. Refer to the stated chapter for more

<Code:>
A unique name for the new code. The name may be up to
16 characters long and may include spaces. Input required.
<Code Desc:> A detailed description of the code. This can be for
example the full designation if <Code:> is an abbreviation. Input
optional.
<Group:> The code group to which the code is to be assigned. All
code groups from MANAGE Code Groups can be selected.

<Code Type:> Defines the use of the code. It can be used as themat-
ical code for points, lines or areas or as a free code.

<Linework:> Only available for <Code Type: Point> . This field
contains a choicelist, to allow a new line or new area to be opened
whenever the point code is newly selected. This functionality is also
available when creating codelists with LGO Codelist Management.
