1.

Click on your wireless network icon and select "Open network and sharing 
center".

Click "Change adapter settings" on the left side.

Click and hold the stylus on "Wireless Network Connection" and select 
properties.

Click "Configure" and choose the "Advanced" Tab.

Select the option "Radio On/Off", select "Enable" in the field "Value" and
