8. Average run time is 2+ hours depending on speed level and pressure level during
use.
9. Align and insert the battery into the base of the unit - make sure it is securely locked
in place.
10. Turn on the device by sliding the power switch on the bottom of the battery to the
ON position, press the power button once to turn on the device to level three. Pressing
the power button again will turn off the device.
11. With the power switch in the ON position, press the power button once to turn the
unit to level one, twice to turn the unit to level two, and three times to turn the unit to
level three. Pressing the power button again will turn the unit off.
12. Blue LEDs indicate the appropriate power level.
13. When the device is off, insert the applicator completely by pushing it in. Remove it
by pulling it out.
14. Massage the desired body part at the appropriate speed, applying pressure as
needed.
15. To remove the battery, lightly press the battery release button with your thumb.
Use your other hand to firmly pull down on the battery holder.
16. With your other hand, pull down on the battery holder.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Use a slightly damp towel to clean the unit, then wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
2. For storage or travel, remove the battery and store it in the carton provided.
3. Do not immerse in water. Keep away from liquids and heat sources. Keep ventilation
ports free of dust and debris.
4. Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble the unit.
5. Do not operate continuously for more than one hour. Let the unit stand for 30 minutes
before using it again.
