of power is off.
Product Description
The E-Flex room controller is designed for 120-277V AC, 47-63 Hz installations providing
controlled switching of up to three zones as well 0-10V dimming with a single circuit feed.
•
4 X 4 junction box mounted enclosure
•
Up to three mechanically latching relays with the following ratings:
o
Standard Ballast: 20A @ 120VAC, 277VAC, 347VAC
o
Electronic Ballast: 16A @ 120VAC, 277VAC
•
Up to three 0-10V outputs with current sink of 100mA and will open upon power
loss.
•
Inte24V DC power supply to provide power for sensors and CapT
stations. 3 unit loads maximum.
•
Inputs for occupancy and daylight sensors.
•
Dry contact closure input for timeclock, fire alarm, or demand response.
•
19 presets plus OFF for up to three zones.

0-10V Outputs
•
#24-16 AWG wires, strip length – 3/16 in. Follow all national and local codes for separation requirements.
•
Connect only to NEC Class 2 circuits.
Connection to non-isolated fixture drivers is not recommended and will VOID warranty
.
•
Limit distance run for analog control wiring from controller to last driver. Limiting to a voltage drop of .3V maximum will help ensure
meeting IEC 60929 Annex E standard for minimum
light level at 1V.
CapT2 Station Connections:
Note:
24V power for CapT stations over Cat5 can only be provided by one source.
By default, the EFRC does not provide power to the stations. A jumper (JP2)
on the room controller enables or disables the 24V power to the EFRC RJ45
connectors. (See EFRC unit load capability).
CapT2 stations and the E-Flex room controller all have two RJ45 connectors to connect devices together in a system using standard Cat5
cable. Maximum cable runs 300 ft.
CapT Power Enable/Disable
Jumper JP2 is used to enable or disable power to the CapT station RJ45 connectors. The jumper in
position 1-2 (default) disables power to the connectors. The jumper in position 2-3 (shown) enables
power to the connectors.
