10.2 Recording Speed
The Misc tab settings allow you to set the speed of traffic and to configure the Analyzer
to record On-The-Go traffic.
• On the Go : Check this if you are tracing an On the Go device. This allows
session request protocol detection.
• Dual Role Devices :
• 2DRD : If both devices are Dual-Role devices, check this box to enable
Host Negotiation Protocol (HNP) detection.
• A Dev Name : Enter a name of your choice to refer to the device that
receives the mini- a plug.
• B Dev Name : Enter a name for the device that receives the mini- b plug.
• Assume B is 1st Host : Check this box if your scenario is one where the B
device is acting as host when the trace is started. If the trace incorrectly
identifies the wrong host, you can change it when viewing it by clicking on the
host field of a packet and selecting a switch to the other host ID.
