Replacement of the motoreducer group
The replacement of the motoreducer group is done following this procedure:
1- Cut off the electrical supply
2- Remove the arm and the half-shells
3- Remove the compensation system
4- Using a hub puller, remove the flange on the sprocket side (force fitting on
tapered and keyed shaft to clear the clearance)
5- Loosen the point screw on the eccentric ring of the bearings
6- Remove the four screws from the bearings
7- Turn the eccentric ring a ¼ turn to free the bearing
8- Remove the cotter at the end of the shaft to remove the bearing
9- Remove the 2 needle screws for locking the pinions on the shaft
10- Remove the 4 screws of the bearing at the end of travel
11- Remove the end-of-stroke shaft by tapping with a mallet on the opposite shaft
end (Be careful not to damage the threaded end)
