found, do not use the appliance but contact
your service centre for repair.
•
Should extension cables be used, ensure that
these lay on dry surfaces and protected against
water jets.

lIQUID SUCTION
•
Do not use the machine without proper fil-
ters.
•
When vacuuming large quantities of liquid
from a sink or tank etc., do not immerse the noz-
zle completely into the liquid, leave a gap at the
top of the nozzle opening to allow for air inflow.
The machine is fitted with a float valve that stops
the suction when the tank reaches its maximum
capacity. An increase in motor speed will be no-
ticed. When this occurs, turn off the machine,
disconnect from the power supply, remove the
head from the tank and empty the liquid into a
suitable receptacle or drain. To continue vacuu-
ming, refit the head and proceed. After wet vacu-
uming, turn the machine off and remove the plug
from the power supply. Empty the tank and cle-
an/dry the inside and the outside before storage.
