6.1 AUTOMATIC FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM INSPECTION

LAVINA® V-25GX has automatic filter cleaning system. There are two driving actuators, one for the inlet
valve and second for the valve of the suction head.
6.1.1 REPLACING THE ACTUATOR OF THE VALVE OF THE SUCTION HEAD
Unscrew the four screws (pos.1;fig.6.1).
Take out the cover (pos.2;fig.6.1), pull out the plate
(pos.3;fig.6.1) .
Unscrew the nuts (pos.4,5;fig.6.1), the two screws (see
pos.6,7;fig.6.1) and the two spacers (pos.8;fig.6.1).
Disconnect the two wires of the power cord (fig.6.2).
6.1.2 REPLACING THE ACTUATOR OF THE INLET VALVE
dismount the security cover with two bolts
/pos.1,2,3;fig.6.3/
remove the hairpin cotter pin /pos.5;fig.6.3 / of the handle
serving as a front axle of the actuator /pos.4;fig.6.3 / and
remouve the axle.
Unscrew the bolt and the nut pos.7,8;fig.6.3). Dismount
the actuator.
Disconnect the two wires of the
power cord
6.2 CLOSING FLAP REPLACEMENT
The closing flap on the bottom of the vaccum
container is separating the collected dust.
To dismount the closing flap uscrew the two
bolts (pos.2 Fig.6.4)
