After logging on, a user can operate the constant temperature equipment to
the extent defined by the Administrator using the permissions for the user
profile. Access to the user database is limited to the following tasks:
Change his/her own permissions.
Change his/her own log-in PIN.
Use the [Log-out] button to change to the
DEFAULT USER
system
profile.
Use the [Log-in] button to switch to any profile whose log-in PIN
he/she knows.
1.
In the user database, tap the [USER X] user profile and enter the
associated PIN (factory setting 1111).
You are registered as a user.
2.
With the [PIN ....] button, open the input window to change the log-in
PIN.
3.
Enter the old PIN and press [OK] to confirm.
4.
Enter the new PIN and press [OK] to confirm.
The new PIN is immediately valid; you can operate the constant
temperature equipment.
The purpose of the
KEY LOCK
special function is to protect the operating
unit and constant temperature equipment from unauthorized access. It can
be easily switched on or off in the [Settings] menu via the
Key lock
input.
For convenient administration, this special function is created as a system
profile in the user database: Switching on logs the current profile off and
activates the
KEY LOCK
system profile. The constant temperature equip-
ment can now only be operated to the extent that the Administrator has
defined with the aid of the permissions for this profile.
All permissions for this profile are deactivated by default. However, the
Administrator can change the settings if necessary. Regardless of this, the
basic operation, i.e. switching between different views and menus, is always
maintained even when the key lock function is activated. Switching the key
lock off automatically actives the
DEFAULT USER
system profile.
In the
[Settings]
menu, the key lock can only be switched off if
the profile currently in use has been granted the Deactivate key
lock permission. Otherwise, only a user with this permission can
deactivate the key lock.
