Grease all wheel hubs

Complete the Pre-operation Equipment Checklist

Inspect air filter elements
X
Grease all zerks
X
Inspect all spindle grease seals under each deck
X
Lubricate all joints and moving parts that are not
equipped with grease zerks
X
Verify that hardware is functional, securely fastened,
and in good condition
X
Verify proper installation, operation, and flow of grass
chute
X
Inspect entire Articulator for loose or entangled parts,
debris, obstructions, neglected tools, or other hazards
X
Inspect gearbox lubrication level and condition
X
Change Hydraulic oil and filter

Change engine oil and filter
X
Change gearbox lubrication (75W90 Synthetic)

Inspect engine fuel lines and clamps

Grease all blade spindle bearing housings

Inspect all bushings

Inspect alternator and fan belts

Replace fuel filter cartridge

Inspect gearbox seals for leaks

Inspect and repack wheel bearings

Flush radiator
X
Flush fuel tank of debris

Check engine valve clearance

Check head mounting bolt torque (while performing
valve check)

Rotate tires
X
Replace air cleaner filter elements

Replace engine fuel lines and clamps
X
Replace radiator hoses and clamps
X
Replace battery
X
Inspect all component parts and wear points
X
Check deck hinges for compacted grass
X
Clean fuel filter
X
Replace engine fan and alternator belts
Replace gearbox shaft seals and V-ring seals
X
Retighten guage wheels to reset pre-loads
X
Inspect all blade spindle bearings for wear or damage
X
Fill rocker arm and H-block cavities with grease until
discharge is visible through the weep holes
X
