Complete the 8 & 25 Hour Maintenance Checklists.
l
Grease all blade spindle housings.
l
Inspect all bronze bushings for wear.
l
Inspect all wheel bearings for wear, damage, debris, and proper installation.

Every 500 Operating Hours
l
Change the gearbox oil - 16 ounces Amoco Permagear EP 220 or equivalent.
l
Inspect all blade spindle bearings for wear or damage. Replace if needed.
l
Re-Pack all wheel bearings. Replace if needed.
l
Inspect all component parts and wear points. Repair or replace any worn, dam-
aged, or missing parts.
l
Complete the 8, 25, & 50 Hour Maintenance Checklists.

Annual
l
As an annual maintenance program, LasTec recommends the installation of a com-
plete K609 Model 325EFK Articulator Rebuild Kit. Contact your LasTec dealer for
more information about the K609 Kit.
l
After installation of the complete K609 Model 325EFK Articulator Rebuild Kit, com-
plete the 8, 25, 50, & 500 Hour Maintenance Checklists.
