ATMOSPHERE.

DO NOT OPERATE IN AMBIENT TEMPERATURES ABOVE THOSE INDICATED ON THE PRODUCT
NAMEPLATE.

DO NOT OPERATE IF THE LENS, CORD, SEALS, HOUSING, RECEPTACLES, ETC. IS CRACKED OR
DAMAGED. IF SO, DISCONTINUE USE AND CONTACT MANUFACTURER FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS.

ALL FASTENERS SHOULD BE PROPERLY SEATED.
The Larson Electronics EPL-SL-5-FL26 Explosion Proof String Light set contains a total of 5 work lights, equipped with
aluminum hooks and connected in series along 90 feet of 12/3 SOOW explosion proof cord. and is ideal for general close
work and inspection activities in hazardous locations requiring explosion proof protection.
Mounting
Each light is equipped with a hook at the top for hang mounting,
and a handle at the bottom for handheld applications. Simply
hang the lamps in a suitable location that is capable of
supporting the load. The hook freely swivels, allowing you to
rotate the light to the desired orientation. Alternatively, you may
hand hold one of the lights if you need to get a closer look in a
tight spot.
Wiring

Check product label for correct input voltage!
This unit comes pre-wired from factory with the selected cord cap. Take precautionary steps for weatherproofing all
connections if installed in a location where water may come in contact with the unit. All outdoor installations and indoor
installations near a wet location require the use of a GFCI device for safety, according to the National Electrical Code® (NEC).
Ensure the unit is properly grounded.
Always follow all applicable local and national electrical codes for the hazardous area in
which the equipment will be used. Position device near work area for operation. Run cable to nearby compatible power source
outputting the correct voltage, as listed on the product label. Insert and twist-lock explosion-proof plug into a compatible
receptacle within the hazardous environment.
