ENSURE THE MARKED T RATING IS LESS THAN THE IGNITION TEMPERATURE OF THE HAZARDOUS
ATMOSPHERE.

DO NOT OPERATE IN AMBIENT TEMPERATURES ABOVE THOSE INDICATED ON THE PRODUCT
NAMEPLATE.

DO NOT OPERATE IF THE LENS, CORD, SEALS, HOUSING, RECEPTACLES, ETC. IS CRACKED OR
DAMAGED. IF SO, DISCONTINUE USE AND CONTACT MANUFACTURER FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS.

ALL FASTENERS SHOULD BE PROPERLY SEATED.
The Larson Electronics EPCS-3XPB-BRG-24V Explosion Proof Control Station is suitable for busy operations in
hazardous locations. Featuring three explosion proof push buttons, the unit carries a 24V rating. The Class I, Division 1
rated unit is compatible with surface mounting installations.
MOUNTING
The NEMA-rated control station is compatible with surface mount configurations, facilitated by
mounting tabs on the rear of the enclosure. Unit can be mounted to any flat surface capable of
supporting the load. Mounting hardware is not included with the unit, but is available for purchase
from Larson Electronics if needed. Be sure to follow all applicable National and local electrical and
building code when installing. Take particular caution in hazardous areas, be sure all fasteners are
fully seated and openings are properly sealed in accordance with NEC regulations.
WIRING
We strongly encourage a licensed electrician install this product, in all locations, especially in
areas where weatherproofing may be required.
Warning: Check product label for correct input voltage!
Remove the front cover of the control station by removing all screws securing it to the enclosure and
lifting straight off. Complete wiring connections according to the wiring diagram included with your
unit. Utilize a junction box or similar device and take precautionary steps for weatherproofing all
connections if installed in a location where water may come in contact with the unit. Ensure the unit is
properly grounded and that wiring is done according to all local and national electrical/building codes.
Take particular caution in hazardous areas, be sure all fasteners are fully seated and openings are
properly sealed in accordance with NEC regulations.
