Collapsible Aluminum Quadpod
1.9" OD Mounting Stud
Instruction Manual
Collapsible aluminum quadpod features a telescoping center pole that raises tripod from 5 feet to
over 8 feet in height, the legs can be completely collapsed for easy transportation and storage. The
material is made of non-sparking copper-free aluminum. 1.9" OD top mounting stud for mounting
lights or accessories.
QUADPOD ASSEMBLY
The quadpod assembly consists of 3 parts:
1.
T-head
2.
Extension Pole
3.
Leg Base
To assemble quadpod:
1.
Begin by placing the quadpod leg base on a flat level area.
2.
Release and tighten legs using hand screw. Legs can be positioned where needed.
3.
Slide Extension Pole over the Leg Base and tighten hand screw.
4.
Finally, attach T-head over top Extension Pole and tighten hand screw.
Use appropriate measures to attach equipment to the top of T-head. Predrill holes through top and
bottom and utilize bolts for mounting heavy equipment.
WARNING:
Use caution before tilting quadpod with a heavy load. For heavy loads, it is
recommended to remove the T-head prior to transporting! Failure to do so may cause serious injury.

1.
Place tower in desired location that is flat and able to support the quadpod without falling over.
2.
Loosen hand screw and lower legs until firmly stabilizing quadpod.
3.
Tighten hand screw to secure legs.
4.
With help, place the T-head over top pole and tighten hand screw.
Light weight devices can be attached by tilting quadpod toward the ground with the legs up. Attach T-
head to pole, tighten hand screw and tilt back to its vertical position. DO NOT tilt quadpod while
extended to max height. It is recommended to have another person hold the quadpod while tilting
vertically.
For heavy equipment, use a ladder and extra help for attaching T-head to pole.
Double check that all hand screws are tight before continuing use of the quadpod tower.
EXTENDING
1.
Loosen hand screw for extending the T-head. Once loose, extend T-head until desired height
is achieved with at least 1ft - 2ft remaining inside pole for support.
