Trimming and Masking Copies
Identifying Areas to be Edited

Place the original face-up on the Exposure Glass.
•
Be sure the bottom edge is towards the front of the copier.
•
Place the original with the original scale on the left.
Trim allows you to copy only a portion of the original by trimming out what you do not want to
see.
Mask allows you to copy the outside areas of the original while masking out portion inside the
original.
You can specify up to four areas on an original.
